A great many observations were made over the last several months to determine if there was a correlation between solar activity and the aspects of the planets. The aspects were confined to the 24th harmonic, that is every 15 degrees and videos were made to record the types of events seen at these critical moments.  The results have not as yet been analysed statistically, but there does appear to be a very strong and repeatable correlation between the timing of the aspects and the timing of events on the sun.

Solar Activity from the Eclipse of the Sun to Sun Trine Neptune, 10/23/14-10/27/14

This video shows the observations I made with different instruments during the period from October 23rd, the day of the eclipse of the sun, to the 27th. of October, 2014. During this period there is the conjunction of Venus with the sun. There is a massive eruption on the sun just before this event and another one at the moment of the conjunction. The first can be seen at the bottom of the sun and the second is at the top of the sun in the images from SOHO in red light. There is continued activity on the sun right up the 27th when both Venus and the Sun had made a 120 degree angle, trine, to Neptune. The other images that follow were made using the Solar Dynamics Observatory. In these images we see the details on the sun as captured in near real time as the images downloaded. There was a Monster Sun Spot group for during this period and the images show how much energy was produced by these  storms. The images are quite beautiful as well.

Solar Eruptions Nov. 1/14 Mercury sextile Jupiter, Sun at 15 degrees to Saturn.

There was a 6.0 earthquake in the Easter Islands during this period and a 6.9 in Fiji. In the video there is a simultaneous eruption in the north east segment of the sun and the south west at exactly the same time. The SOHO went into safe mode for several hours when this occurred so it did not record this event. The 6.9 occurred just at the end and there are some small eruptions near the centre of the sun's disk.

Solar Flares, Fire Tornadoes Arches of Fire Venus opposition Jupiter/Mars Conjunct Neptune.

This is a video of the sun on January 15th during the geocentric aspects Venus opposition Jupiter and Mars conjunct Neptune. This is one video as a part of very large study into the relationship between the positions of the planets in relation to each other from the perspective of the earth and solar storms. The studies have shown that 75% of flares occur just before a the number of degrees between two planets is divisible by 15, an aspect of the 24th harmonic. 67% of Coronal Mass Ejections occur under the same conditions. This has lead to the theory that the planets act like transistors in electronic circuits which then control the timing of major eruptions on the sun. The Sun in Gold light During the the square of Mars and Saturn

The is video in another in the series to showcase the relationship between the geocentric aspects of the 24th harmonic. This shows great detail during the time leading up to the square of Mars and Saturn. There several intense events. For the full details on this project please see http://thecanadianinstituteforappliedastronomy.yolasite.com/sunspots-planets-and-economics.php

https://youtu.be/UFtED7cXZMA

This is the main event in this series. It culminates many observations and predictions upon the way that solar storms are created and timed. The observations began about a year ago using the Solar Dynamics Observatory and SoHo. Hundreds of events were observed and the geocentric positions of the planets were recorded with arc minute precision. It was in these studies that both geomagnetic storms and flares on the sun occurred approximately 75% of the time just before a planetary aspect of the 24th harmonic, or the circle divided by 24, or 15 degrees. This is also true of Coronal Mass Ejections to a lesser extent with 67% of ejections occurring before an aspect and only 33% after the aspect. Today we are pleased to publish that there was a CME on the sun just about the exact time that Mars was directly in conjunction with Neptune. Interestingly enough the last CME on the 9th of January was when Mars was at 45 degrees to Uranus. In this video on the western limb we see the burst of energy that marks the CME event. It is recorded in red light and in composite. Diametrically opposed to the CME, but in the southern hemisphere, we have another series of events around a ribbon of energy that has been closely observed over the last few days. Bright spikes are seen shooting into space near this region and other intense activity can be seen.

the intense activity recorded here was predicted as a consequence of the conjunction of the flux transfer events on the surface of the sun as result of the conjunction of Mars and Neptune. This was predicted to be strong enough to cause a Coronal Mass Ejection which can be clearly seen in the SoHo images from today as well.

The Sun at Mars Conjunct Neptune January 19, 2015 - SDO.

The diametrically opposed events that have been observed to be associated with the planetary aspect study are showcased in this video. The one area of the sun on the rising limb where the CME occurred is opposite in the southern hemisphere of almost equal ferocity. There has been a ribbon of material associated with a sunspot group that has lifted away from the sun and there are large bolts of energy shooting into outer space. There have been no other astronomers to report the association of diametrically opposed storms, nor to have associated any of these events with geocentric planetary aspects.

Solar Flares and CME- Venus 75 Deg to Saturn, Opposition Jupiter- Mars Conjunct Neptune

This video shows the SoHo view of the solar storms associated with the period form January 17-20th. during which in sequence the geocentric aspects were Venus at 75 degrees to Saturn, Venus opposition Jupiter and Mars Conjunct Saturn. These planetary aspects resulted in a Coronal Mass Ejection on January 20th, coinciding with Mars conjunct Neptune. The storms and ejection was predicted well in advance, the first time this has been achieved. There is now a prediction that we will see more events starting January 28th when Mars will sextile Pluto, 60 degrees, and semi-sextile Uranus, 30 degrees, Venus will square Saturn, 90 degrees. These aspects will result in solar flares and a Coronal Mass Ejection.

Solar flares and CME Jan. 26, 2015 Venus semi-square Uranus then Venus semi-square Pluto

As predicted there were solar flares and a Coronal Mass ejection as recorded by SoHo and the Solar Dynamics Observatory. These were associated with the semisquares of Venus to Uranus and Pluto on January 26th, 2015. This is the second correct prediction of the timing of a CME. There will be more activity as Mercury moves semisextile to Pluto on the 27th and then Jupiter applies to Saturn at 105 degrees. We will see sustained period of solar activity until February 1st as a result of this configuration between Saturn and Jupiter. The CME appeared in SoHo's C3 instrument at about 19:00 and the semisquare of Venus and Pluto occurred at 20:40. The CME occurred before the aspect in keeping with previous observations.

Solar flares, Prominences and Ejections- Solar activity January 29-30 2015

There were a large number of geocentric planetary aspects during this period. Venus was 165 degrees to Jupiter, Mercury was in conjunction to the Sun, Mars was 30 degrees, semi-sextile, to Uranus and 60 degrees from Pluto. Venus was at 90 degree to Saturn and Jupiter was at 105 degrees to Saturn. The Sun went from a period of quiescence to high activity with large prominences diametrically opposed with  large prominence on the western edge of the sun, north of the equator which broke and ejected material away from the sun and another on the east side of the sun, south of the equator. Both are spectacular and both break, the one on the west broke first and then the one on the east. There were also numerous large flares and one major flaring period in the sunspot group near the equator facing the earth. Another eruption occurred associated with a smaller sunspot group to the North of the equator. This area erupted and created a fairly major shock wave that ejected a small amount of material and could be seen spreading outwards across the north eastern quadrant. Over the next few days the solar activity will peak and then we should see a period of quiescence again. Unfortunately the video is truncated to to my running out of disk space. It is shot at 171, 304 and a composite of 211,193 and 171 angstroms.

Coronal Mass ejections and Earthquakes February 7th to 11th 2015- SDO and SoHo

This video details the intense solar activity that occurred from Feb. 7-11th, 2015. There were also three major earthquakes during this period. There were several planetary aspects during this period. The sequence of planetary events went as follows: Feburary 7th.: Sun at 75 degrees to Saturn, Venus at 60 degrees to Pluto and Venus at 30 degrees to Uranus. 8th Mars at 15 degrees to Neptune. 9th.: Venus at 45 degrees to Mercury and Venus at 150 degrees to Jupiter. 11th.: Venus at 105 degrees to Saturn. 13th.: Sun at at 30 degrees to Mars and Mercury at 165 degrees to Jupiter. All of this resulted in an almost continuous series of Coronal Mass Ejections and the significant earthquakes during this period. On February 11th there was a 6.2 quake in Potasi Bolivia and on the 13th there was a 7.1 off the coast of Iceland and then a 6.2 in Taiwan. Wile there does not appear to be a relationship between solar activity and earthquakes, there are numerous studies that show that the planetary aspects are associated with both phenomena.

errata: in the video it states that the Iceland quake occurred after the quake in Taiwan, but it is the opposite. My apologies for the error

Coronal Mass Ejection Feb. 15, 2015 Mars semi-sextile the Sun

At the exact moment of the Semi-sextile between the Sun and Mars there was Coronal Mass Ejection. There was also a flare when the sunspot group at the centre of the sun was exactly pointing at the earth. This helps to confirm the electronic model of the energy transfers between the various bodies of the solar system via the conduit that exists between the earth and the sun. This facilitates the flux transfer events that we call Coronal Mass ejections and solar flares.

Stunning Coronal Mass Ejections: Venus conjunct Mars Feb 21- Venus trine Saturn Feb 24

Perhaps one of the most stunning and continuous periods of Coronal Mass Ejections over the past year. I starts with the golden view which shows the initial CME when Venus was in conjunction with Mars. Then the next segments are in first red light 304A which shows the even more massing CME that occurred on the 24th when Venus was at 120 degrees to Saturn. The next segment is a composite which shows the same period on the 24th. Then the whole period is shown first slow mode the view from SoHo then the images sped up to see the pattern the eruptions took place over repeated cycles. Very stunning events!
